YWCA of Bangalore City focuses on empowerment of women from all walks of life. The focus is on providing skills to aspiring young women to become self-reliant and confident.

The tailoring course is offered with a minimal fee. It is a 6 months course offering sessions from basics to other specialized stitching.

The unit also conducts short-term courses for its students where they are taught Tassel making and Embroidery.

The unit is located in Rajendranagar. Members and friends of YWCA place orders to encourage the women and help them earn some amount.
